Privacy Policy

This policy explains how 1x2.ai handles information through the 1x2.ai website, its support form, and the Live Football Alerts by 1x2.ai Chrome extension.

1. Who we are

1x2.ai provides football match information, probability data, live results, platform tools, and a Chrome extension for favorite-match alerts. For privacy questions or requests, use the secure support form.

2. Scope

This policy applies to the public 1x2.ai website, pages hosted on the 1x2.ai domain, the support form, and the Live Football Alerts by 1x2.ai Chrome extension. Third-party websites reached through external links operate under their own privacy policies.

3. Information handled by the 1x2.ai website

Technical and server information

When you visit the website, hosting and security providers may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested URL, timestamps, response status, and security signals. This information is used to deliver the site, prevent abuse, diagnose faults, and maintain security.

Analytics

The website uses Ahrefs Web Analytics and may use Google Analytics when enabled through site configuration. These services may process device, referral, page-view, and interaction information to help us understand aggregate website performance. Analytics use is subject to applicable consent requirements and the providers' own privacy terms.

Advertising and cookies

The website may display Google AdSense or other advertising configured by 1x2.ai. Advertising and analytics providers may use cookies or similar technologies where legally permitted. Public match requests

The website requests public match information from the 1x2.ai API. Requests include operational parameters such as match status, date window, result limit, and search text entered into the match search. They are used only to return the requested football data.

4. Support form

When you contact support, we process the name, email address, topic, message, and technical details you choose to include. We use this information to answer the request, troubleshoot problems, protect the service, and maintain a reasonable support history.

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated abuse and Cloudflare Email Service to deliver the message to the 1x2.ai support team. Cloudflare may process technical and security information needed to provide these services. Do not include passwords, payment information, or unnecessary sensitive information in a support message.

5. Chrome extension information

The Chrome extension does not require an account and does not include advertising or analytics. It stores favorites and preferences locally in the user's browser.

  • Local storage: favorites and preferences, recent match snapshots, sent-alert identifiers, temporary kickoff checks, and small cached team badges.
  • Match API: public fixture requests containing status, date-window, result-limit, and optional team-search parameters. Favorites and preferences are not uploaded.
  • Notifications: locally generated alerts for user-selected favorite match events.
  • Alert sounds: locally bundled audio played through a hidden extension document.
  • Optional ticker access: website access is requested only when the user enables the ticker. The extension injects its bundled score bar but does not collect page content, visited URLs, form data, cookies, or browsing history.

Team badge images may be downloaded from URLs included with public match data and cached locally so expiring image links remain usable.

6. Chrome permissions

The extension uses storage for local preferences and match state; alarms for scheduled match checks and cleanup; notifications for enabled match alerts; offscreen access for bundled sounds; scripting for the optional ticker; required host access to the public 1x2.ai API; and optional website access only when the ticker is enabled.

7. How information is used

  • Provide football data, live results, extension alerts, and requested support.
  • Remember local user choices and favorite matches.
  • Secure, debug, and maintain the website and services.
  • Measure aggregate website performance where analytics is enabled.
  • Meet legal obligations and respond to valid requests.

8. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by infrastructure and service providers only as needed to operate the relevant feature, including Cloudflare for delivery, security, Turnstile and email; Ahrefs and, when enabled, Google for website analytics; Google for advertising when AdSense is enabled; Google Fonts for typefaces; and image delivery providers used for public flags or team badges.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or services, or as part of a legitimate business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

9. Retention

Support messages are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain support records, prevent abuse, and satisfy legal obligations. Website logs and analytics follow the retention settings of the applicable provider. Extension information remains in the browser until the user clears extension storage or removes the extension; finished match snapshots and associated alert records are automatically pruned by the extension.

10. Security

We use HTTPS, restricted service bindings, bot verification, input validation, and access controls appropriate to the services described. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

11. Your choices and rights

You can disable extension alerts or sounds, remove favorites, disable the ticker, clear extension storage, uninstall the extension, manage browser cookies, or use available consent controls. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information. Use the secure support form to make a request. We may need to verify the request before acting.

12. Children

The services are not directed to children. Users must meet the minimum age required by applicable law and comply with local rules relating to sports prediction information.

13. International processing

Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate legal safeguards are used for international transfers.

14. Chrome Web Store Limited Use

The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The extension limits information use to providing and improving its disclosed single purpose and related security and operational functions.

15. Policy changes

We may update this policy when products, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated where required.
